Jealous are you? - Reply to this comment
- I would love to see the giant lotteries split between multiples of winners with say a maximum of 20 million per person. I don''t know how it could possibly be done but with the available technology there has to be a way. No one person needs 100 million much less over 200 million.

- he fact that the community would give one family $200 million on account of a mere "game" just proves the depths to which society has fallen. People starve to death and live in sub-standard housing and all society can think of is playing games to see who can win obscene sums. This country is worse than sickening.

- kgainer your post is worse than sickening! So your a loser, that''s not the Mega Winners fault... Nor societies. Stay on your pity pot. That''s what losers do! I bet you have no friends as well. None here for sure.

- Congrats to the winner! Me, I''m not jealous. He/she won it fair and square. We all know some people are so shallow they would get jealous over something as simple as a new pick-up truck or a pair of shoes. I don''t care for those kind of people, locked in their own self pity and wanting to lash out at someone more fortunate than themselves. I am far from rich, I lost my job, am not doing so well financially, yet I hold no jealousy toward the winner. Get off your self pity all you jealous people. Check. Mate.

- Myself, I would have no idea, but do you really think President Obama could be corrupt? I thought candidates were checked out with a fine tooth comb to make sure they are not. I might be a litte naive on this matter. I am aware corruption is out there, just didn''t think it could make to our highest office.

How do you know that this person''s life just got worse?
After reading all these negative comments, it just solidifies what I''ve known all along about people. Which basically equates to "you liberal whiners on here are just pisssed off because you didn''t win it".
I hope the person(s) that won this enjoys it. For those of us that paid into the lottery, better luck next time.
Sad to see all the jealousy that runs amok when someone strikes it big. Especially from a system (mega-millions) that is perfectly "Legal"... - Reply to this comment

- Like other sweepstakes the lottery should have "No purchase necessary, a purchase won''t increase your odds of winning" disclaimer.

- I agree..it''s a game of luck...no different than going to Vegas. So this person was lucky enough to win among amazing odds...can''t believe all the jealous comments. Though I do hope the winner does contribute something to those less fortunate. I know I would, yet I''d still make sure I had enough where I''d never have to work another day in my life.
