Out Of Sight: Missing Kids
Get the facts on kidnappings, learn predator profiles and check out resources for locating missing children.
The girls were with their father, who's now in custody, Saginaw police said.
Police Lt. Tammy Luty said a tip led Shiawassee County authorities to a car where the girls were being held by the father midday Tuesday.
Luty says "the children are all safe and well."
Saginaw police found the body of 32-year-old Erica Olguin at her home Monday after she failed to pick up her 11-year-old son at school. Police issued a nationwide Amber Alert for her daughters, 3-year-old Victoria, 5-year-old Lilliana and 9-year-old Elena.
Police say the girls' 35-year-old father, Jose Olguin, drove the girls to Elkhart, Ind., on Monday.
Police had not issued a warrant for him but said they very much wanted to find him.

You can find him in Texas, or Mexico.
Yeah JOSE, you can find him in MEXICO maybe.
I''m confused. Why are they posting a hotline for leads when he''s already in custody?

There are just as many women out there who should not have kids. Just because they were born with the equipment doesn''t mean they have the ability to put it to Good use.

The next time a father wants to sese his kids, maybe he should act like a father. Maybe he should keep up support for the family, move his a$$ closer to be with the kids and to be a presence in their lives. maybe he shouldn''t drink too much, cheat, hold a steady job, and be less abusive to his wife. Maybe fathers who actually love their children, and not use them as pawns or leverage to hurt their ex-wives, should do the right thing by them and support them properly - OR GIVE UP RIGHTS TO TAKE THEM INTO THEIR CUSTODY.

He (it?) is spamming all the boards with this nonsense.
According to a documentary I watched several months ago, Indian farmers are committing suicide due to their inability to repay their loans. Same reason many people commit suicide. But, it has nothing to do with ingesting GM crops. The only people committing suicide are the people in debt, so it appears GM crops only negatively affect people facing bankruptcy.
The claim that GM crops cause suicide is pure nonsense.

TUCKER YOU IDIOT, FIRST YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SPAMMING, THEN YOU RESPOND TO IT. YOU NEED TO GET A LIFE YOU PATHETIC FREAK
I cant help wonder if some of you people ever read your posts. I woman is murdered and it her fault? it is time men stand up and take resposibilit for what they do to women. She did not kill herself, he did and he has confessed. Men do this to women because they have no controll of themselves, and they view women as something they own. Do you kill you boss cause he is not fair with you? no cause he might kill you first. So I man that beats a woman or kills her is a first class coward to start with.

I''ll tell you exactly why. Too many women are much more focused on securing a gravy train than they are on making sure the guy isn''t a cockroach.
Local news outlet. He did MURDER his wife and kidnapped the kids. I live in Saginaw and not too far from where this happened.

Two state troopers from the Corunna Post slapped the handcuffs on the man police were seeking in the murder of Erica L. Olguin, who turned 32 in October. He disappeared with their children sometime after a neighbor saw them together at 8 a.m. Monday at their home, 1413 Mackinaw.
Police said they were able to make the arrest because a woman traveling along M-52 near Oakley had heard of the Amber Alert regarding the missing children and noticed a car matching that description. She followed the vehicle south into Shiawassee County until police stopped it.
Because of the active investigation, police would say only that the woman died of trauma.
Family members said Erica Olguin told her husband she was going to file for divorce. Staff at the Saginaw County clerk''s office said they could find no divorce papers or personal protection order on file bearing either name or her maiden name.
Records show Olguin married Erica L. Lozano on Feb. 14, 2000.
