Australian Online Music Publisher Sound Alliance Group Expands Through Mess+Noise Acquisition

Sound Alliance Group, an independent Australian online music publisher, has acquired Melbourne-based Mess+Noise. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sound Alliance, which said its site has relatively little crossover with Mess+Noise's online presence, is planning to hire a full time editor to manage the site's existing catalog of content and help it add more. Mess+Noise co-founder Danny Bos will stay on as general manager of the company, which Sound Alliance acquired from Destra Corp. Release.
