Jerome Corsi Wrote "The Obama Nation," Deported For Promoting Book Without Work Permit

(AP)  A Kenyan airport official says the American author of a book attacking Barack Obama is being deported.

Jerome Corsi, who wrote "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," was picked up at his hotel in Nairobi on Tuesday morning.

Joseph Mumira, head of criminal investigations at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, says Corsi was briefly detained before being taken to the airport for deportation.

Immigration officials say he failed to get a work permit while in Nairobi to launch his book.

Corsi's book attacks the Democratic U.S. presidential candidate as seething with "black rage" and unfit for the presidency.

From what I heard he was detained because the authorities "Lost" that little customs form we all fill out when visiting another country. Huh, work permit to visit. Interesting.

I really question this and is there some polical message behind it. I know you Obama supporters will blow this off with some type of statementm, as you have the youth brigade that was on the internet and then the teacher being fired. Lemme see now; Dr Corsi writes a book which becomes a New York Times best seller, and publishes it in America to inform American voters, just who the wolf in sheep''s clthing really is, before they turn over to him, the reins of the most powerful nation in the world as well as its military resources.
So the author wants to sell his book, so he goes to a country where the Presidential candidate''s half brother lives on a grand total income of $12 per year; so it is going to take at least three years of his entire income to buy a copy of his brother''s story book. You would think that Senator Obama, would send him an autographed copy of the book, and throw in his own wonderful books as well. He could even send him a check for $12 to double his salary, as an example of Obama''s plan to end world poverty using American taxpayer''s money.

So just how many copies of his book, did Corsi have in his possession to bust into this amazing new world market for great literature?

Are you kidding? Obama has given dozens upon dozens of interviews, with journalists from Bill O''Reilly to Keith Olberman, where he has attempted to answer every question thrown at him. He has participated in at least 23 formal televised debates. He has given speeches about his beliefs and programs practically every day for the last year and a half. He has written 2 memoirs - books about himself, his life, his thoughts and values, his experiences. He has a website detailing his background and plans for the future.

On the other hand, the article above is about Jerome Corsi, not Barack Obama. It says he didn''t bother to get a work permit required in Kenya, so the Kenyans threw him out. That is about Corsi and Kenya - nothing to do with Obama !
