Stars Shine At Calvin Klein Bash

Halle Berry, in a body-hugging outfit, and her special man, model Gabriel Aubrey, helped make Calvin Klein's 40th anniversary bash a New York moment.
The couple, who welcomed daughter Nahla in March, mingled with Djimon Hounsou and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons at Sunday's event held atop the High Line, a former elevated rail line that's been converted into a park on the city's west side.
It was the third night of New York Fashion Week, and there was no party more exclusive with A-listers and striking views of the Empire State Building to the east and the World Trade Center memorial lights illuminating the southern coast of Manhattan island.
Among guests were Naomi Watts, Martha Stewart, Cynthia Nixon, Brooke Shields and Vogue Editor-In-Chief Anna Wintour. Jared Leto chatted up Ethan Hawke and his wife, Ryan Shawhughes. Claire Danes walked hand-in-hand with actor-boyfriend Hugh Dancy.
Kevin Bacon took in the scene, while Leighton Meester of "Gossip Girl" tried to navigate her way on the lantern-lit High Line to the bar for a drink.
Shields grinned with giddiness as she strolled along what was once a rail line that led to the meatpacking plants near the Hudson River. The actress reminisced about her iconic 1980 ads for Klein, which made her a household name as a teenager.
"It started it all. ... It was an important moment in my life," said Shields, sporting a black suit by the brand, now headed by designer Francisco Costa.
Rosario Dawson, who wore a black-and-white patterned gown, praised CK's minimalist aesthetic of clean lines and simple elegance - and the party's location.
"This is a New York moment right now," she gushed. "This is absolutely incredible."
