Suspect Captured After Beheading Woman, Running Over Two Other Women In Stolen Police Car

(AP)  A 40-year-old man killed his girlfriend on the Greek island of Santorini, beheaded her, then tried to flee in a patrol car, a local official said.

He ran over two women doctors who were riding on a motorcycle before he was caught by police, the official said.

The unnamed suspect was shot by police five times and is undergoing surgery at an island hospital, said Chrysanthos Roussos, head of the Santorini district on the island.

Initially, the man roamed the village of Vourvoulos exhibiting the woman's head, Roussos said.

When a policeman tried to handcuff him, the suspect knifed the officer and flung the victim's head into a patrol car, Roussos said.

The suspect then made off in a second patrol car and ran over the motorcycle before he was caught, Roussos said. The two doctors suffered multiple fractures, Roussos said.

The suspect, from northern Greece, was reported to have worked at a local restaurant.

The victim, said to be in her mid to late 20s, was a teacher in a local village, Angelos Roussos the mayor of Thira, the island's main town, was quoted as saying by TV station Antenna. Angelos Roussos and Chrysanthos Roussos are not related.

Police refused comment.

The killer has no known history of psychiatric treatment or hospitalization.To start talking about a specific class of medication just to promote ideas or interest is unfair and disrespectful.

The suspect is a cook ; higher executive congitive function is required for such proffesion, although it seems that he temporarily lost conrolI because of intense anger for whatever reason , he must be put on trial as competent for his actions.There are other ways to solve problems and counseling is available to help for that purpose.

Thai people are not poor, just the Burmese hurricane slave labor victims who are used as manual laborers.

Sounds like Clinton''s trip to China to have an ice cream cone in the park. What we weren''t told was, the people in the surrounding houses were placed under house arrest. Not because they might attack Clinton - China was afraid they''d run out and tell Clinton the truth about how they were living in China.

But I think Clinton should hang because I am convinced that he was actively, directly, and knowingly involved in the 9/11 attack. And I disagree about the economy. Now that we know about Enron and the rest, it was all an illusion.

She SHOULD have made sure he was staying on his meds. Every wife/GF of a mental patient knows that''s RULE NUMBER ONE.
