Florida
With 27 electoral votes up for grabs, Florida offers up the largest prize of all of the battleground states. McCain had an early lead in a state that tilts Republican but it's shaping up to be tight heading into the fall campaign.
Obama suffers from the distinct disadvantage of not having campaigned in the state during the primary season and he may be hindered by the fallout over the delegate-seating controversy.
