(AP)  Iran's president said Tuesday he did not see any possibility of a war between his country and the United States or Israel.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said he believed Washington and Tel Aviv have been "focusing on propaganda and psychological war" against his country.

"I assure you that there won't be any war in the future," Ahmadinejad told a news conference during a visit to Malaysia for a summit of developing Muslim nations.

But he predicted Israel's "regime" would collapse without the need for any Iranian action.

The Israelis "are a complex political group, but you should know this regime will be eventually destroyed and there is no need of any measure by Iranian people," he said when asked to comment on whether he has called for the destruction of Israel.

The current U.S. administration "has lost its fame and the fame of America in the eyes of the other people of the world," he added, blaming President George W. Bush.

He said the next government "would need at least 30 years in order to compensate, renovate and innovate the damages done by Mr. Bush."

The Iranian leader urged Washington to heal its image by "relying on (the) basis of justice, humanitarian acts and respect for human beings."

"The greatest threat in the Middle East and the whole world ... is the United States' intervention in other countries," Ahmadinejad said.

Unfortunately one of the unpleasant side effect of consistently lying, is that your enemies appear more honest to the world.

In an interview published by the French, dedefensa.org journalist Amy Goodman''s interview with General Wesley Clark.

Clark stated he viewed a defense department memo that described how the U.S. was going to take out seven countries in five years....

"starting with Iraq, then Syria and Lebanon, then Libya, then Somalia and Sudan, and back to Iran."

Reuters uk January 18, 2008 :

" Iran has some awesome colleagues. Russia and China have become guardians of the Iranian economy. They don''t put religion between business and political advantages.
The US is sorely lacking in intelligent Foreign Policy. Hitler''s Foreign Policy has been resurrected to serve the needs of an oil agenda and turn the US into the most disrespected and despised world power ".

BajaJohn1, my naive little cretin:
The world is safer if Israel had a million nukes, rather than Iran having one.
Those who cannot recognize the difference between Israel having nukes and Iran having nukes, are ignorant, monumentally stupid, or both.

You''re vision seems only to encompass the US and Israel as wearing the white hats and are therefore the good guys in any situation - how ignorant of the truth and shortsighted can one person be?

Your holier than everyone else country of Israel is in the process of starving the palestinian people to death and have basically cut off most of their water supply. They''ve slaughtered thousands in the name of protecting themselves - the same kind of garbage Bush spews forth. Who needs nukes?

Must be comforting going thru life with blinders on. You shouldn''t accuse others of shortcomings that fit you all too well. And your name calling only degrades you further.

While I think this religous fantatic President is a nut job have to admit he is right. After 8 years of Bush we have lost it all the respect we had all over the world.

And I havent seen any news stories of this guy publicly lying 962 times to start a war for the oil profit and ruthlessly killing hundreds of thousands in the process.

Iran''s president may be nutty, but Bush is a cold blooded murderer thru and thru. We may never recover from his genocidal actions!

This psycho meglomaniac Ahmadinejad will die, be buried, and his bones will be picked cleaned by maggots and worms, and those bones will lie there in the ground a thousand years, and still Israel will be there, and prospering. Israel is going nowhere. Israel is forever.

"My question is if you family didn''''t move to America until 1929 would you have to pay? Or if you live in California which was not a state during slavery would residents have to pay?? Or if you live in a Northern State that fought the Civil War to help end slavery would you get like a discount???" Posted by Barocalto

The answer is that your question is based on anti-Obama fear-mongering nonesense, which only a sucker would accept as truth. America doesn''t have enough money in its entirety to pay reparations for it''s inhumanity.

Taxing 401K? Don''t make me laugh, you would reimburse mere pennies for the misery of the generations of Original native, Chinese, and African descent?

Son, just take the case of the original inhabitants only,(what you ignorant misanthropes called "Indians") tho only proper reparation would be for you to restore the land, and return to Europe.

And that is just the beginning of reparation, so leave the idiotic attempt at fear mongering where you pulled it from, there is no way you are even remotely able to consider the subject.

I can''t see where Ahmadinejad has ever done anything that is so wrong. He has never invaded and destroyed a foreign country, killed over a million people, murdered their president (regime change) and then stole their oil.

Ahmadinejad isn''''t talking about the Halocaust and he isn''''t talking about homosexuals. He is talking about how bad Bush has been for the world political arena and he is right. You can''''t argue with the truth.

Wow, Ahmadinejad is such a nice honest man and Bush is an evil liar. We''d be so much better off if Ahmadinejad was President instead of that big bully Bush.

Reparations for slavery is a proposal by some in the United States that some type of compensation should be provided to the descendants of enslaved people.

Obama has never said he is against reparations and taxing 401K''s etc... was proposed on several of the blog his website has to pay for Reparations.

My question is if you family didn''t move to America until 1929 would you have to pay? Or if you live in California which was not a state during slavery would residents have to pay?? Or if you live in a Northern State that fought the Civil War to help end slavery would you get like a discount???
