President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said he believed Washington and Tel Aviv have been "focusing on propaganda and psychological war" against his country.
"I assure you that there won't be any war in the future," Ahmadinejad told a news conference during a visit to Malaysia for a summit of developing Muslim nations.
But he predicted Israel's "regime" would collapse without the need for any Iranian action.
The Israelis "are a complex political group, but you should know this regime will be eventually destroyed and there is no need of any measure by Iranian people," he said when asked to comment on whether he has called for the destruction of Israel.
The current U.S. administration "has lost its fame and the fame of America in the eyes of the other people of the world," he added, blaming President George W. Bush.
He said the next government "would need at least 30 years in order to compensate, renovate and innovate the damages done by Mr. Bush."
The Iranian leader urged Washington to heal its image by "relying on (the) basis of justice, humanitarian acts and respect for human beings."
"The greatest threat in the Middle East and the whole world ... is the United States' intervention in other countries," Ahmadinejad said.

See all 110 CommentsMaybe the chance of an Iranian war is is no longer something to rattle swords about, especially when Iran knows Europe and the US as well as the Arabs want to see a regime change in Iran and disassemble its nuclear weapons program.
Clark stated he viewed a defense department memo that described how the U.S. was going to take out seven countries in five years....
"starting with Iraq, then Syria and Lebanon, then Libya, then Somalia and Sudan, and back to Iran."
" Iran has some awesome colleagues. Russia and China have become guardians of the Iranian economy. They don''t put religion between business and political advantages.
The US is sorely lacking in intelligent Foreign Policy. Hitler''s Foreign Policy has been resurrected to serve the needs of an oil agenda and turn the US into the most disrespected and despised world power ".
...and ALL OF US LOSE!

Here''s the real Amy Goodman/Wesley Clark interview folks:
http://www.democracynow.org/2007/3/2/gen_wesley_clark_weighs_presidential_bid
AMY GOODMAN: Now, let%u2019s talk about Iran. You have a whole website devoted to stopping war.
GEN. WESLEY CLARK: Www.stopiranwar.com.
Mr. Ahmadinejad should know propaganda and psychological war when he sees it, he has been waging one against the USA and Israel even before taking office.
Sad that we can get this reassurance of "no war" from Ahmadinejhad, and at the same time, a PROMISE of war from McCain.

ROFLMAO This is NEW?? Fascist have no more idea how to beat these people than a man in the Moon!! It doesn''t take a real smart person to use the worlds biggest Military... just ask Russia about that one. It takes someone who have the MENTAL ability to THINK and develop a plan for using ALL their assets to outlast the other guy. These people FEED on War, they LOVE War. TO them dying in a War is about like Pat Robertson being in charge of a Hospital... IN HOG HEAVEN!! ROFLMAO We''d better get someone in charge who can develop a plan that these people do NOT know is coming or we''ll end up EXACTLY like the USSR! SIEG HEIL BUSH
How many posters on this forum even remember the Shah of Iran and how we and Europe kept that murderer in on the throne - it was a slew of these repressive monarchs foisted on Iran and other Mid-Eastern countries that has led us into this era of jihad and terror. Afterall, Europe occupied most of these areas for centuries creating the repressive nations we see in the region. It''s no wonder they hate our guts, but you won''t see anything about any of this in the US bought and sold media/news, wouldn''t be prudent or fit into the Bush''s New World Disorder.
only a few american fascists disguised as neocon-repubs refuse to admit their failure -
but no need, it''s there as plain as a red pimple on the end of their nose!
He is the most dangerous man on the planet.

Neville Chamberlain will have a nice, quiet sleep tonight after hearing that.
...two, three, four. LOOK IT UP!

Yes, we should have learned that on 9/11/2001, when we were attacked in response to our relentless intervention in Middle Eastern countries ... NOT!
Before 9/11/2001, our policy was "Leave them alone." We got the result of that policy on 9/11.
Seems like the "Leave them alone" policy DIDN''T WORK.

of course, you must be referring to bush, whose unwarranted actions have cost the lives of over 650''000 people in the last 5 years.
as far as I know, Mr. Ahmadinejad hasn''t killed anyone.
why not trying to deal with facts and reality instead of following fantasy and propaganda?
If he''s dangerous it''s because we want him to be. Our policy of "isolating" Iran has been a great success hasn''t it? I don''t know who the most dangerous man on the planet is but I would say the father and son team that has killed the most people on the planet in my lifetime would be new World Disorder Daddy and Little Bush. We were in so much danger from Iraq that we had to invade them twice. Like father like son, thank goodness Little Bush doesn''t have a son.
And back in the ''80''s when we were providing support for Iraq in their "war" with Iran, Saddam was OK then wasn''t he? What is it about this nation that we have to keep propping up boogey men for us to fear to be a world power. Meanwhile, Bush and the greedy job outsourcing billionaires in the nation have weakened us and our manufacturing capabilities to a point that we couldn''t fight a real war if we had to unless we use nukes.
Whether or not you like the guy, no sane person can deny the truth of this statement.
He is just like the far-left liberals in this country - all mouth, and nothing to back it up.

Yeah, if you don''t count all those gay people he had executed not long ago, which according to
Ahmadinejad, never existed...
Liberals are so stupid.
i dont Believe he has personally sent anyone to their death,
the Religious Authorities who run the government
and their court systems have,
their Version of right Wing Conservatives have ruined that country, sad but true.
It is going to be funny listening to this group expalin to their minions why the lost and how they will come back to the fore front.
Hey neo cons how many seats did the GOP predict possible for congress was it 30 or 40 and how many for the senate they have 22 up for re-election this year.
Good night and good luck.
Ahmadinejad, never existed...

Hmmm, now i''m not the smartest tool in the shed, but you don''t seem to know the difference between conservative and liberal. Ahmenijahd is no liberal. Case in point, is it a liberal or a conservative ideology to restrict marriage for ***, or *** in the military? (hint: conservative)
It is very ironic that the ''right'' in american politics hates the ''right'' in other countries politics. Self-hate, such a sad thing.

Sorry, but it is not the Saudi''s or Iraq, Iran etc. that is causing the extreme price increase of gas. The total blame belongs on the speculators. They alone are driving the price up. N. Gingrich has the right idea, he said the Feds need to dump all our oil in reserve to be refined and that would bankrupt all these speculators that are killing the rest of us. Of course since ALL the politicans in Washington are in the hip pockets of big oil, that won''t happen.

LOOK IT UP!
When I was in Vietnam, 69, we had near 675,000 troops, we do not have that many combined in ALL our services anymore! What a shame, and IF Hussein Obama gets into power, we will have even less then the 550,000 combined troops left in the service! But of course we won''t need that many, he''ll do nothing to anyone that attacks us anyway! Matter of fact I seen a film clip on "You Tube" were he says he will disarm the US if elected and ask all other nations to do the same! Sure they will, we all better learn a second language, just to get a loaf of bread, probably once a week or so! Our Military used to be the best in the world,we STILL have the best knowledge, but not enough people to enforce it anymore! What a shame, we are going to hell in a hand basket and nobody will help us like we have, countless times before! One thing the Liberals have always been good for and that has been to cut and run at the first sign of trouble, everytime! Oh they always talk a good talk, but have never walked the walk, just turn and run!
I think that Mahmoud hair style need a little improvement. Maybe the Fab 5 Can Spice Him Up a Bit.
He is the most dangerous man on the planet.
NO HE IS NOT.
Don''t give Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that type of credit because then he will get all Ghetto on everbody and put out a rap album with 50cent singing back up.

Ok what troops would we use to go into 27 countries to get rid of them all?
Since when did it become the responsibility of the US to "control" other countries?
We have troops in most countries--why? Do we have an foreign troop bases here? Why not?
The US needs to concentrate on its own shores and the safety of the country instead of pounding democracy to countries who don''t want it. (If they did they would have it by now)
If Iran is supporting terrorists in 27 countries, let the 27 countries worry about it--we have no one left to help us.
A new law has been passed by the Iranian parliament extending use of the death penalty to online crimes. Previously, only people charged with insulting Islam or drug trafficking had been sentenced to death. In accordance with the new law, bloggers and website editors can be sentenced to death for crimes such as promoting corruption, prostitution and apostasy, the International Freedom of Expression Exchange (IFEX) reported.
I must have read that wrong. You obviously don''t know how much influence the Rockefeller Family is playing in todays politics. Do you know who donated the 18 acres in Manhattan to the United Nations?
He said the next government "would need at least 30 years in order to compensate, renovate and innovate the damages done by Mr. Bush."
I dont like him either, but these items are true.
He leads by intimidation, bullying and the idea their God is behind them. Very much like boosh.
Those Iranians love that bull seaman so much they import it from us!
Today We''ve secretly switched Iran''s Bull seaman with Pig semann, let''s see if they''ll notice....
America sent more cigarettes to Iran -- at least $158 million worth under Bush -- than any other product.
Other surprising shipments during the Bush administration: brassieres, bull seaman*, fur clothing, sculptures, perfume, musical instruments and military apparel.
