Jennifer Butler Murray filed papers May 12th in Charleston County, South Carolina, where she owns a home.
The complaint was first reported by The Post and Courier of Charleston. It alleges abusive behavior, drug and alcohol addiction, and frequent abandonment by the former "Saturday Night Live" star.

Ohio Coroner: Singer Sean Levert Died Of Natural Causes
The 39-year-old Levert died March 31 at a hospital after he was taken from the Cuyahoga County jail. He was serving a one year and 10 months sentence for failure to pay $89,025 in child support.
County Coroner Frank Miller says that Levert died from complications of sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease. Miller ruled out foul play or trauma.
Levert and his brother Gerald formed LeVert in the 1980s with childhood friend Marc Gordon. Their hits included "Baby I'm Ready," "(Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop) Goes My Mind" and "Casanova."
Gerald Levert died in 2006 at age 40 of an accidental mix of prescription and over-the-counter drugs.

Laura Ingalls Wilder was born in Pepin, Wis. The musical starts in western Minnesota where her family relocated, then moves to DeSmet, S.D., where the Ingalls family moved to file a land claim.

Naomi Campbell Charged In London Airport Incident
The 38-year-old supermodel was charged when she reported to Heathrow police station to answer bail over the April 3 fracas, lawyer Simon Nicholls said.
The Crown Prosecution Service said Campbell faced six charges - three counts of assaulting a constable, two counts of using threatening, abusive words or behavior to the cabin crew and one count of disorderly conduct. Police said the assault charges related to two officers.
Campbell was ordered to appear at a west London magistrates' court June 20.
She arrived at the police station Thursday in a chauffeur-driven Mercedes. She left without speaking, but her lawyer said the supermodel was "bitterly disappointed" that she had been charged.

50 Cent Employee Arrested At Rapper's Crib
Police said Dwayne McKenzie, 27, was arrested Tuesday after they received a call from the 22-year-old New Britain, Conn., woman.

He was released after posting $10,000 bond and is due back in court July 15.

- Supermodel Naomi Campbell was "bitterly disappointed" that she had been charged with three counts of assault and other despicable behavior? I am bitterly disappointed and sick to death of rich bi*ch (i.e., female) celebrities acting out in public and endangering the rest of us! I can''t afford a lawyer so that I can take my rage out on law-abiding citizens. Lock the *** up!
