It''s nice to hear that Mr. Schieffer will be here to relate not only the news but his insights based on his experience. I think he is one of those rare individuals that truly understands what is really going on and we are blessed to be able to rely on his experience for a better understanding of what is going on in the world. I look forward to seeing more of his appearances on the Evening news.

Bob is a good story teller. He usually has an example to go along with the story to make his point. I think that he tries to remain unbiased, but with all the news that has happened in the last 7 years, it may not seem like it to the people that want to pretend that is was "all good".

I''ve read two of his books, they were enjoyable and easy reads, his style is relaxed and down to earth but unfortunately here in Louisville,Kentucky the local CBS affilate delays "Face The Nation" from 10:30 A.M. to 12 Midnight on Sundays because of something called "Teen Kids News" which the station says they have to carry due to FCC rules. Kids should be in church at 10:30 on Sundays. Oh, well.
