SheKnows Acquires Pregnancy Site PregnancyAndBaby

SkeKnows, the network of women sites owned by AtomicOnline has acquired PregnancyAndBaby, a pregnancy-related community site. The deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, follows a long string of previous acquisitions, including TheFashionSpot, RealityTVMagazine and LovingYou.com. Meanwhile SheKnows' sibling network CraveOnline (targeting men) has been acquisitive as well. It's hard to imagine that will be the last. Release.
