- Pasta, pasta, pasta! It''s cheap and can be fixed so many ways. You don''t like marinara and hamburger? Try Campbell''s cheese soup with italian seasoning and pepperoni. Try cheaper cut meats. Bake chicken wings with teriyake, barbecue, etc. sauce. A nice big ham is a good investment. - What they need to do is start looking at what they eat they have all forgotten how to cook beans and rice as that is the food of the supposely blackfolks. It is not I still do and meat is not the most important thing on the table. The families deepend to much on the pizza, hamburger and other quick food joints for food and have forgotten how to cook good soul food at home that is why they spend so much on the groceries. They do not buy staples any more it is all can food and not worth eating. Frank Bowers
