What to say to your child about Web porn and online predators, and how to look for signs of porn on your PC. Plus: warning signs that an adult may be communicating with your child.

(AP)  A New York disc jockey has been accused of sharing an instructional video showing how to sexually abuse children.

The case was referred to the Queens district attorney's office by police in Illinois who say they found two child-porn videos in an Internet file-sharing program the DJ was using in February.

Police say one video shows a four-year-old girl having sex with a man and the other gives advice and examples on how to sexually abuse minors.

Prosecutors say the 29-year-old wedding and party DJ is charged with possessing and promoting child pornography. He was arraigned yesterday and is being held on $100,000 bail.

The DJ could get up to seven years in prison if convicted.

Only seven years in prison,a habitual traffic violator gets more time than that. They need to change these laws, that guy probably knows who is making these tapes, and possibly the children.7 yrs for the ruined lives of these kids.Their lives will never be normal after enduring this.Well he will have 7 yrs of hell in prison.

AP reporters: A 4 year old girls do not "have ***" with adult men. She was RAPED.

This story is about rape and sexual abuse of children, not a salacious *** scandal. Use the correct word.

Okay...what is with CBS blocking the word "s3x" from comments when it is used in the story? It''s okay for the AP to say a 4 year old girl has s3x, but not okay for commenters to use the same word? Hypocritical much, CBS?

A four year old does not have *** with a man. The correct wording should be that the video depicted a man molesting/raping/sexually abusing a 4 year old minor. SHAME on the AP for reporting it this way.

I think it is important to know you canno0t rehabilitate these offenders and I would never want them lose in society again. Seven years, with time off for good behavior he could get out in three , if he even gets the seven. I hope he gets sent to general population.

Poor choice of words. Should read a "man raping a 4 year old." Call it what it is. Then fry the b@stard who did it.

Wow, everyone agrees on this. That is fantastic. I think just like they are trying to impose the death penalty for child rapists they should put it to use for any *** crimes against children. This is horrible. Did they find the four year old? Is she in better custody now? Did they find the rotten ba$tards who filmed this and were in it? They should all rot.
