A glimpse at the life and loves of one of Hollywood's most celebrated actresses.

(CBS)  Marilyn Monroe starred in a "graphic" film performing oral sex on an unidentified man, according to a memorabilia collector who says he brokered the recent sale of the film for $1.5 million to a New York businessman who vows to keep it private.

Keya Morgan says the silent, 15-minute, black-and-white, 16 millimeter film was apparently shot in the 1950s, and shows Monroe on her knees performing the sex act on the man, who's only shown from the shoulders down, standing against a wall.

"It is graphic," Morgan told Lara Spencer on The Early Show Tuesday. "I was obviously shocked when I saw it."

Her face, Morgan says, makes it very clear that it's Monroe, with her iconic mole and features.

Former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, now known to have been an arch-rival of the Kennedy family, thought the man in the tape might be John or Robert Kennedy -- and tried hard to prove that it was one of them, Morgan says. John is long rumored to have had an affair with Monroe.

Morgan says he discovered that the film exists while researching his upcoming documentary, "Marilyn Monroe: Murder on Fifth Helena Drive."

To see photos from Monroe's life, and of her loves, click here.

Morgan explained to Spencer that he interviewed numerous police honchos and FBI agents, and one of those agents "happened to mention" that there was a sex tape of the star. After subsequent digging, Morgan learned the tape was in the possession of the son of a deceased FBI informant. That informant had made the only known copy of the film -- the original is still classified by the FBI. It was the informant's son who sold the copy to the businessman.

Morgan says the FBI agent he interviewed "told me he and nine other agents were involved in verifying (the authenticity of the film) and were working directly under Hoover, who was directly involved in this investigation, because of the possibility this tape involved John F. Kennedy or Robert F. Kennedy."

Declassified FBI documents dated three years after Monroe's 1962 death say the film was a "French-type" movie that depicted Monroe in "unnatural acts with an unknown male."

The documents also show that one of Monroe's ex-husbands, Joe DiMaggio, once tried to buy the film, for $25,000, but was rebuffed.

Morgan says he and the businessman who just bought the film have the same goal in mind -- protecting Monroe.

"I would never have my name attached to anything if it would embarrass Marilyn Monroe or if it would in any way harm her image," he told Spencer.

Now the Kennedys know what a hot chick is. Bill Clinton should have followed in thier foot steps. Monica Lewinsky compared to Marilyn Monroe? When your''re the most powerful man on the planet you should be able to do better than that. Although, Bill did make up a little in volume.
Bush would probably just giggle at a nude women.

I am a huge fan of Monroe, in fact, I have her signature and lip print tattooed on my body. I''m only 25, but even years later she is still getting new fans. I''m so glad that the tape will remain private. Let Marilyn rest in peace. Her life was anything but peaceful. She''s a legend. I''m sure she would be embarrassed by what is going on, but I think she would get a laugh that she is still making headlines in 2008. I believe she would be 81 years old.

I am really sorry but this story should not have been put on the Early Show. Just a few minutes ago the story was about spying on your kids and seeing what they are doing on their computers. This story doesn''t need to be on any news channel.

Embarrass Marilyn Monroe? The woman is dead, besides, if the film is real, she knew what she was doing, so I doubt she was embarrassed then and could careless now if the film got out. $1.5 million to protect the memory of a dead star? People are crazy.

Sooner or later it will show up on youtube or myspace. Someone else has a copy, that you can count on.

The businessman got it of a song. It''s worth much, much more than $1.5 million. Hefner would have paid more for it and still not released it.

how can anyone be surprised? Honestly? She was a trashy celeb. Sure she looked better doing it and she was/is fairly interesting given her background and her life story but we all should have expected there is such a tape. At least one. We know the FBI has the master copy and we know the man could easily be identified without his face showing.
Big deal. At least she is on the news again. But it should have been on the evening news or an entertainment type news show. Little kids watch the early shows with their parents.

Lindsay Lohan just did a Marilyn copycat photo shoot and all it points out is the diffeneces between the two stars. I''ve always thought Lindsay was one of the better looking and more feminine of the younger stars but she looks harsh when compared to Marilyn. Women were much better looking then and I bet if you compare this video to Paris Hilton''s, the same differences will show again. Today''s men don''t know what they''ve missed. They''re stuck with a bunch of "women" who try to act like raunchy boys and whose internal hardness shows in their masculine faces.

Lets see, whats more dangerous?

1-- Being in business with the Clintoons like Vince Foster was?

2-- Being in a x rated film with a future president and or Attorney General.

3-- Riding in a car in Chappaquiddick with Ted Kennedy?

It turns out the answer is-- all of the above.

"Morgan says he and the businessman who just bought the film have the same goal in mind -- protecting Monroe."

If they were trying to protect her then this wouldn''t even be on the news. Damage is done.

It may not even be her but they have damaged her image anyways, haven''t they? When people try so hard to keep something from being seen, it makes me wonder if it is true.

Ted Kennedy''''s getting old - maybe he needs a ''''driver'''' (snicker)

Posted by sbbm

Last year when they closed the city of Boston down because of those advertising lighted signs that were put up. Remember that?

When my local news first reported it they were not sure what closed all the streets and ridges. They speculated that passably a drunken Kennedy was seen driving through town.

Hmmm...

Former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover had a fascination about the s-e-x lives of others, from Hollywood stars, the Kennedy clan to Martin Luther King Jr.

There are many references made about J. Edgar being a certified "Rump Ranger."

One source: %u201CClyde Tolson and Hoover became very close friends and for the next forty years they were constant companions. In the FBI, the couple were known as "J. Edna and Mother Tolson". However, fellow homosexual, Truman Capote, preferred the names, "Johnny and Clyde". Mafia boss, Meyer Lansky, obtained photographic evidence of Hoover''s homosexuality and was able to use this to stop the Federal Bureau of Investigation from looking too closely into his own criminal activities.%u201D

It looks like J. Edgar might have been a tad voyeuristic too...

If people want to protect the dignity for MM, it is waaay tooo late, because the cat is already out of the bag, and meowing.

I would like to suggest the new owner transfer the film to disk format, and sell them. They would become instant best sellers. Use ALL of the sales proceeds to establish a charitable fund in memory of Marilyn Monroe. That way, her actions would not have been done in vain; but would continue to help people years after her death. That would be amore fitting and lasting tribute.

Out of Eight large city''s they put them up in, only Boston Massachusetts shut all the bridges and streets down for a day.

I usually don''t post, but I have to say thgdriver''s comment was embarrassing. I''m liberal, but I can''t say everyone who is liberal is intelligent or that everyone who doesn''t share my views is intellectually deficient. Such an absolute view sounds ignorant and not very well reasoned. Everyone has something to bring to the table. And it shows your own ignorance to say liberal people derived every modern invention. How can anyone say they know what political views these scientists held without meeting and speaking with them? Please, stop embarrassing us.

I think Miss Monroe would have been horribly embarressed and incensed by the viewing and sale of this film. I really hope and pray that this film never makes it to the public domain. I prefer to remember Miss Monroe in all of her films and pictures smiling and having fun. Besides, if you want to see graphic *** involving celebrities, you can go to the video rental store and find any number, if that''s your bag. Personally, I''d rather not.

80 percent of the "normal", (gotta watch the CBS filters), preform this act. So who cares? If there were someone around to film most of us during our lives, we could be quite embarrassed by our own behavior. I''m much more concerned by the unrelenting killing in the world that we seem to condone, than people doing something to make each other happy.
