(AP)  A Bahamas jury has determined that Anna Nicole Smith's son died from an accidental drug overdose and is recommending no criminal charges.

The seven-member jury deliberated less than two hours before returning the verdict Monday.

An inquest began in November to determine what killed 20-year-old Daniel Smith.

Police have said there is no evidence of homicide. An autopsy found that Daniel likely died from a combination of drugs, including methadone and antidepressants.
