The 62-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" contestant told "Access Hollywood's" Billy Bush, "I think it's cruel what's happening today with people and with celebrities. You want to be a perfectionist and do the best you possibly can and you have parasites out there trying to bring you down and take you down. It's a very touchy time for people to be in the limelight."
Last week's attacks on Lisa Marie about her weight gain came from a London tabloid, Daily Mail. The coverage, which she referred to as "slanderous and degrading," prompted her to announce her pregnancy in her own defense.Photos: Lisa Marie Presley
Priscilla commented on the new addition to the family saying, "We are all excited about a little one ... all of our kids are grown up, so this is really exciting news for all of us."
