The New York Daily News reported Saturday morning that Ledger left everything to his parents and three sisters in a will dated two years before the birth of his child, Matilda.
The will was among a group of documents filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court.
"Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family," Heath's father Kim Ledger said in a statement. "They will be taken care of and that's how Heath would want it to be."Heath Ledger: 1979-2008
Ledger's spokesperson also confirmed that Williams and her daughter will be provided for, People.com confirmed. "The story is getting taken out of context and media is speculating that this means Matilda and Michelle will not be taken care of. I want to make it very clear nothing could be farther from the truth," she said.
The bulk of Ledger's estate will be handled in Australia, the Daily News reported.
The "Brokeback Mountain" star was 28 at the time of his death in January from an accidental overdose in his New York apartment.

- I could figure him not providing for the mother of his child but nothing to his on daughter? Strange as all of this sounds I would definitely have a lawyer in there with me so that the babe could be provided for, financially as well.
