The person in question may also be linked to an attempted sexual assault in November, reports CBS News'Early Show correspondent Jeff Glor.
Reno Police Det. Bob McDonald said the same person, someone who may live near the victims, is responsible for the three attacks, reports Glor.
One of the victims, who is no longer living in the area, has been cooperating with the police, and provided an extensive description of the suspect and the suspect's vehicle, reports Glor.
The police released the following description of the suspect:
"He likes darkness and seems to be very familiar with the neighborhoods," said McDonald.

The problem is that the DNA doesn't match up with anyone in the National Crime Database, meaning the person in question may not have a criminal record. Anyone with information can reach the Reno police hot line at 745-3521, detectives at 334-2115 or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
McDonald said if the suspect is not caught, he will strike again. That prediction has struck fear in the neighborhood filled with college students, reports Glor. Many have recently been made aware of the list of 93 sex offenders living within a mile of the crime scene.
Police are asking neighbors to help with the search.
"Somebody in that neighborhood has seen something, somebody sitting in a car at 4 in the morning that shouldn't be there," McDonald told Glor.

- I would like to see consideration be given to allow University students a day off school to search for Brianna. Also remember, the kidnapper may have two cars. Since he likes darkness, he may be an employee in a casino working nights. I pray for her return everyday and night. God be w/Bri, family & friends.

- Are you seriously kidding me, A BEAUTIFUL SWEET GIRL IS MISSING and most of the comments I''''m reading are about guys who shave?? I can not get this girl out of my mind and I''''m hundreds of miles away, have been following this story and praying for her to be found alive. My heart aches for her family and friends. I know someone who is missing her too. That brings it even closer to my heart.
And after reading comments here... all about shaving or not shaving and what that is supposed to mean..... Am I in a bad Cosmo magazine or a serious discussion, trying to get all the facts out about this preditor.
I am praying that he is found quickly and those who know him turn him in please. But even more I pray for her safe return to her loved ones. It just breaks my heart that this man who may have a baby would do this to someone else''''s child.

- GET WITH IT PEOPLE!!! This is about a beautiful young woman who is missing. It is not about men who shave their private areas or not! I am disgusted you have no sympathy for what she and her family are going through and can only think of mens shaving habits.
Brianna is a beautiful young girl who is loved dearly by her family, friends and all who know her. I have been following this story since I first heard news of it and have been praying for her safe return. I can not stop thinking about Brianna and hope they catch this guy soon. My thoughts and prayers go out to Brianna and her family.

- Let''s capture this sack of manure and string him up in the town square. The only men that shave there privates are sexual predators not to leave behind evidence. A very sick cookie on the loose someone knows something PLEASE come forwaed before he hurts another.
