Fresh Striped Bass
White Vinegar
Peanut Oil
Aunt Jemima's Pancake Mix
1. Clean, Filet, and cut fish into chunks
2. Heat peanut oil in frying pan on stove until sizzling
3. Dip fish pieces in a bowl of white vinegar, then coat with Aunt Jemima's pancake mix
4. Cook until brown in very hot oil, about 7-8 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
5. Serve with lemon
