Aishwarya Rai Visits Taj Mahal

Bollywood stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her husband Abhishek Bachchan visited the Taj Mahal this week.
Bachchan filmed a commercial at the famous monument in Agra, India, while Rai and family members took in the local sites, The Times Of India reports.
The actor has enjoyed lucrative endorsement deals from companies including American Express, Motorola and, most recently, Idea Mobile.
2 Earlier this month, the BBC reported that Rai has signed to star in a movie about the 17th century mausoleum. She will play the role of Mumtaz Mahal, wife of the Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan, who built the Taj Mahal in his wife's memory. Ben Kingsley will star as Jahan, and is executive producer on the project.
Rai also will appear in the movie "Pink Panther 2" opposite Steve Martin and John Cleese.
Bachchan and Rai, a former Miss World, wed in a lavish ceremony on April 20, 2007 in Mumbai, India.
