(AP)  Bill Richardson said Tuesday he regrets the "negative tone" that two of his rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination have taken in trying to portray front-runner Hillary Rodham Clinton as beholden to special interests.

Richardson chided Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards for the criticism of Clinton, and predicted that he will win the nomination in part because he is running a positive campaign.

"I think that Senators Obama and Edwards should concentrate on the issues and not on attacking Senator Clinton," said Richardson, who officially added his name to the New Hampshire ballot. "It's OK to get aggressive on the issues, but to make personal attacks on somebody's attachments to lobbyists, that's not the kind of positive tone I want to see."

Edwards recently increased his criticism of Clinton, calling her part of a corrupt Washington system. The Clinton campaign responded that after decrying personal criticism in his 2004 campaign, Edwards has made them part of his daily routine this time.

Richardson said there will be plenty of time to get negative in the general election.

"Now is not the time to start food fights," he said.

Also Tuesday, Richardson began airing a new television commercial in Iowa focusing on his character and underscoring differences with his rivals on how to extricate the country from the war in Iraq.

The commercial will air alongside a separate spot touting Richardson's role in gaining the release of two hostages in Iraq.

"I am Bill Richardson and when I began this campaign for president I was not sure what to expect," Richardson says in the new ad. "I knew I would not have every answer, but I will always tell you what I really believe. And I will never mislead you."

The spot also emphasizes what Richardson sees as big differences with other Democratic candidates in getting out of Iraq. Richardson, the governor of New Mexico, says he would pull troops out far more quickly than rivals and suggests they are misleading voters because other candidates would leave thousands of troops in place.

"I will get every soldier out," Richardson says in the ad. "You cannot say you will end the war if you plan to leave thousands of troops behind. The Iraqis sure will not think the war is over."

A former energy department secretary and ambassador to the United Nations, Richardson argues that he is far better qualified to deal with issues like Iraq than candidates who have little experience in foreign policy.

"If you are wondering if anyone can really do all this, just look at what I have done in my life and how I have done it," he says.

Richardson has aired television commercials in Iowa as heavily as most of his rivals, but polls indicate he hasn't broken into the top tier of contenders for the state's leadoff precinct caucuses in January.

I don''t know about you, but I''m sick of no-win pseudo-wars, like The War on Drugs and The War on Terrorism. I''m sick of undeclared wars like The War in Iraq and unnecessary and protracted police actions like the one in Korea. I''m sick of income taxes, which are unconstitutional because they are are a direct tax and are not equally apportioned as the Constitution requires. I''m sick of back door national ID cards like The Real ID Act. I''m sick of warrantless domestic spying by the Department of Homeland Insecurity and the loss of my civil liberties as a result of Draconian, fear-based Laws with oxymoronic names like The Patrot Act. I''m sick of secret offshore prisons like the one in Guantanamo, where our government tortures prisoners, who have no right to redress of grievance, or to writ of habeus corpus. I''m also sick of the Federal Reserve (a secret group of private banks) manipulation of our worthless, fiat currency. Do yourself a favor. Support the 2008 candidacy of Dr. Ron Paul for President of The United States. I believe he''s our only hope to restore peace, prosperity and freedom in this country. Presidential candidates with the personal integrity and the consistent track record of adherance to our Constitution that Ron Paul has demonstrated only come around once in a lifetime, if we''re lucky. The stakes are too high, and the cause of freedom is too important to let anything stand in the way of our participation in this 21st Century political revolution. Go Ron Paul!

Bill Richardson is just another member of the CFR(Council on Foreign Relations) just like George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, D ick Cheney, Hillary Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, John Edwards, John McCain, Fred Thompson, Joe Biden, and Mike Huckabee.
The CFR has hijacked the foreign policy of both parties and their main goal is to destroy American soveriengty and our constitution leading to the formation of a North American Union with Canada and Mexico.
Dr. Ron Paul is NOT a member of the CFR and he is the only anti-war and pro-liberty candidate running for president.

Some people say, "a Republican? I''d never vote for a Republican." Let me remind you folks that Abraham Lincoln, who freed the slaves, and who won the war to preserve our Union, WAS himself a Republican. Would you have voted for Stephen A. Douglas, who was ardently pro slavery, against Lincoln simply because he was a Democrat. Of course you wouldn''t. It''s the man your voting for, and the ideas he represents, NOT the party. Paul represents a different Republican Party from the one that Iraq, deficits and corruption have soured the country on. The Republican party has "lost its way," he said recently during a GOP debate. Like the limited federal government principles espoused by Dwight D. Eisenhower, his school of Republicanism stands for a certain idea of the Constitution that much of the power asserted by modern Presidents has been usurped from Congress, and that much of the power asserted by Congress has been usurped from the States. Though Paul acknowledges flaws in both the Constitution (it included slavery) and the Bill of Rights (it doesn%u2019t go far enough), he still thinks a comprehensive array of positions can be drawn therefrom: against gun control; for the sovereignty of States; and against foreign-policy adventures like the ones currently being played-out in the Mid-East. After ten terms of service as a U.S. Congressman, Ron Paul has demonstarted a consistent track record of adherance to The Constitution which is unmatched by anyone in either party. Ron Paul has my vote!

Ron Paul has been married to the same woman for more than 50 years, which means he doesn''''t come to the race with the sort of baggage some of the other candidates for the White House do. Paul is given to mulling things over morally. He was once a pious Lutheran, but now attends a Baptist church. He never travels alone with women, and once even dressed-down an aide for using the expression "red-light district" in front of a female colleague.

Just cause he is does not mean he never did.

You get the sense that the country is desperate for someone to show us the way. Not the old way. Not the same way, but a NEW WAY. Think about this for a minute. What if we pulled all of our troops out of South Korea? They''ve been there for 50 years. Tens of thousands of them. What if we quit worrying about Iran, but instead, realized that its having a nuclear weapon will not mean the end of the world? What if we pulled all of our troops out of Iraq, and brought them all home? What if we realistically addressed the National Debt, and paid attention to REALLY DOING SOMETHING about stopping illegal immigration? These are the ideas Republican Presidential candidate, Dr. Ron Paul. He''s a ten term Congressman and a physician who has delivered over 4,000 babies. Ron Paul has been married to the same woman for more than 50 years, which means he doesn''t come to the race with the sort of baggage some of the other candidates for the White House do. Paul is given to mulling things over morally. He was once a pious Lutheran, but now attends a Baptist church. He never travels alone with women, and once even dressed-down an aide for using the expression "red-light district" in front of a female colleague. I support the 2008 candidacy of Congressman, Ron Paul for President of The United States. Candidates with the high level of personal integrity and track record of adherance to The Constitution Ron Paul always demonstrates only come around once in a lifetime, if we''re lucky. Go Ron!

Yeah, Richardson, you slime ball, just ignore the special interests she--and yourself--are beholden to...and they will just go away. Truth is positive. We are in Iraq because of lies...Just because the ''truth hurts''--in this case it hurts Hillary--does not mean that it is not positive. Her resume stinks to high heaven. "Cattle Futures" Clinton... the woman whose health care plan was Pig Pharma''s dream...the woman who is an Israel-firster and has the backing of FOX''s Rupert Murdoch, much of the AIPAC criminals and the merchants of death should be roundly criticized.

Most Americans just don''t seem to care that our nation, along with the Constitution upon which it was founded, is being flushed-down the NWO toilet by our nations ruling elite. While Congress and the President warn and insite fear in the sheeple about the prospect of terrorism, they at the same time leave our border wide open, and fund and conduct illegal wars overseas that do nothing but encite the terrorism which their Draconian Laws like the Patriot Act and The Real ID Act pretend to protect us from. Think about it. What would you do, if someone invaded the U.S. for no reason, and took over. You''d be mad as hell, and you''d be making trips to their country in order to give a little payback. Wake up America! It''s not about protecting you from terrorism, or saving our planet from Global Warming, or any of that fear-mongering garbage the tube feeds you 24/7. It''s about feeding the military industrial complex and facilitating the ruling elite''s ability to ratchet-down control over the American people, placing us into a total control grid where they can surveille, track and control everywhere we go and everything we do. It''s the groundwork for totalitarianism. I weep for my country, and for those of you who are so distracted, dumbed-down, or outright brainwashed by mainstream media, which endlessly regurgitates scientifically-crafted streams of information aimed at keeping their eyes closed to the realities of the world around them, that they fail to recognize this. Go Ron Paul!.

Someone is bucking for Vice President.

The neocons are in a panic because they know that people who meet Hillary Clinton seems to like her at least from the majority. So once the voters see that the neocons have done a swift boat on her then anything they say will be a mute point.

Enjoy neocons while you can because you will be faced with Bill Clinton in much of this. He is one of the most popular Presidents in History. Oh wait no one voted for him yet he won twice and both times with a majority.

I can hardly wait to see the swift boat adds this time around.
