NASA Court-Ordered To Search For UFO Docs

(AP)  NASA has agreed to search its archives once again for documents on a 1965 UFO incident in Pennsylvania, a step the space agency fought in federal court.

The government has refused to open its files about what, if anything, moved across the sky and crashed in the woods near Kecksburg, Pa., 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.

Traffic was tied up in the area as curiosity seekers drove to the area, only to be kept away from the crash site by soldiers.

The Air Force's explanation for the unidentified flying object: a meteor or meteors.

"They could not find anything," one Air Force memo stated after a late-night search on Dec. 9, 1965. Several NASA employees also were reported to have been at the scene.

Eyewitnesses said a flatbed truck drove away a large object shaped like an acorn and about the size of a Volkswagen bus. A mock-up based on the descriptions of local residents sits behind the Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Department.

UFO enthusiasts refused to let the matter die and journalist Leslie Kean of New York City sued NASA four years ago for information.

"This is about the public's right to know," Kean said. "We would be doing this lawsuit regardless of whether UFO groups were interested in it or not. It's a freedom of information issue."

The agency has turned over several stacks of documents which Kean says are not responsive to the request, an argument that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan agreed with.

In March, Sullivan rejected NASA's request to throw the case out of court, resulting in negotiations that led to the agency promising last week that it will conduct a more comprehensive search.

Kean said Friday that she sued NASA rather than the Army because the space agency a decade ago released some relevant documents on the case.

How do you think we made the quantum leap from propellers to jet engines in the 1940''s. The technology was from UFO''s, we weren''t that smart back then. Where do you think the design for the stealth fighter came from???

I had a cousin who saw one, Jimmy Carter saw one. I worked with someone who claims the Air Force F16''s forced one to land in Spain a few years ago. They flew on either side of it so it couldn''t maneuver and get away. UFO''s maneuver sideways interdimensionally. It is how they get in and out so easily and are not picked up on radar in our immediate space around the planet.
There was also a sighting at RAF Bentwaters in England in the early 80''s.

Why isn''t it believable? We are not the only life in the universe.

The Bible beaters want you to believe we are-we are not alone in this universe.

I want to report a major fire, my friends. Our Constitution is on fire. And it''s currently being burned in Congress. See H.R. 1955, a.k.a., Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007. I couldn''t believe it. Apparently, activists with Web sites are really begining to anger the elite insofar as they are publically holding them accountable for their evil. Here''s a part of the bill, which passed the house on Oct 23, in spite of Congressman, Ron Paul''s opposition thereto. The right to free speech on the Internet is gone, my friends. Look it up for yourself, and weep for your country that our rights have eroded this far. Here''s a short excerpt from the bill''s DEFINITIONS statement: "The development and implementation of methods and processes that can be utilized to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence in the United States is critical to combating domestic terrorism." Here''s another excerpt from the bill''s FINDINGS statement: "The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens." And guess who get''s to decide what is "terrorist-related propaganda?" You got it! The Department of Homeland Insecurity, an agency that''s answerable ONLY to The President. If Ron Paul isn''t elected, our country is doomed!

The poor aliens were probably sent on a mission to find intelligent life. They searched and seached but to no avail. Instead of returning empty handed to the mother ship they decided to commit suicide in the Pa farmland. How sad for the aliens.

I tell you I sure believe in Aliens and those UFO''s too! Week ago giant machines came in and made strange noises throughout the night. I kept hearing this zzzzzzzip zzzzip zzzzzip and boommmmmm! When I woke up next morning I found giant crop circles in my area!!! 1/4 mile above my place and below my place too, I found that something had clear cut 40 to 80 acre sites of big forest fir trees. Now what do those Aliens want with our trees? Somehow I think that the Demacrats or Chineese are behind this.

Almost looked like a crop circle of fallen trees. Now what the heck do Aliens want with our trees?

One thought that comes to mind, is that those in power want to keep it hidden from the people until they figure out whether they can exploit it for their own gain. Or for the potential that it might be the only escape from this planet in the case of a catastropic event. They want to be the first and only ones off the planet.

Once the technology gets in the hands of the people, then it not longer has the potential for powerful gain. The people would demand that it be used for the good of ALL.

The government wants to hide, cover-up, and generally mislead the public when it comes to something such as UFOs. There is proof of UFOs in paintings, wall hangings, pictrographs, and goodness knows what else but as far as the government is concerned, UFOs do not exist. But they are there and will continue to visit this planet but most of the people will never hear of the visits. Why, because the various governments of this planet are scared that there will be panic and then they will not be able to control the people. So, they just keep denying something that has been going on for many thousands of years. Maybe one of these days the truth will come out but it won''t be any time soon.

This is NOT a joke.

My Entire family saw the Keckburg UFO with my own eyes over the Hudson river above NYC that day, it was in nthe front pages of all the papers the next.

A ''Meteor'' that flew VERY SLOWLY over several hours... up to Canada, west to Michigan, east to Ohio, then south to PA.

Right.

It looked like a magnesium flare in the daylight sky, and was hard to look at... it was brighter than the SUN.
