Billionaire Faces Sex Charges, Again

Manhattan Financier Sued For Allegedly Forcing Sex On 16-Year-Old In Office

Warning signs, state-by-state child services information and a history of child welfare reforms.

(AP)  A billionaire investor, already facing jail in Florida on charges of soliciting underage prostitutes, is being sued by a young woman who says he had sex with her when she was 16 and had sought his help becoming a model.

The lawsuit, filed late Tuesday in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, says financier Jeffrey Epstein had the teen give him oral sex when she brought photographs of herself for him to review in his Upper East Side mansion sometime in 2000.

Court papers say Epstein, 54, removed all of his clothes, pushed the girl's head toward his crotch, and told her, “You know what to do. If you want me to help you then you have to help me.”

Epstein, a money manager, told the teen he managed finances for Victoria's Secret and “could put you into the catalogue” if she were “nice” to him, court papers say.

When the girl told Epstein, “I am 16 years old and just want to model,” he replied, “Don't worry I won't tell anybody,” court papers say.

Epstein, said by London's Mail on Sunday to be a close friend of England's Prince Andrew, has been indicted in Palm Beach on charges of soliciting underage prostitutes. That case is pending.

The young woman, now 23, kept returning to Epstein because she has “mental issues,” said her lawyer William J. Unroch. He refused to elaborate, but court papers say she was “disabled as a result of severe mental disease and defect.”

Epstein's lawyer in New York, Gerald Lefcourt, said, “The girl has admitted she is insane, but she can read a newspaper and recognize the word 'rich.”'

Lefcourt also said the statute of limitations has expired for the young woman's case both criminally and civilly and will almost certainly be dismissed.

common man''s wives make love to billionaires
while they do the work to make billionaires
trillioniares. the nobility and ruling class
have that prerogative. peasant revolts are
generally unsuccessful. but as an aside
the bolshevik revolution in 1917 was brought
about by the rich, wealthy of england and
elsewhere to get goods as cheap as possible.
enslaved in freedom they were. so that
the rich could get richer. wobblies? i don''t
think so. its macabre let me tell ya.
parable of lazarus and the rich man?
great-great granddaughter to marry for love
or money or both? might as well fall in love
with a rich one? is epstein married? how''s
his divorce going? will he be, ''taken for a ride''?

Yo superchez1 - "schwantz"? You just showed your stupidity (not to mention your cultural upbringing). With a closed-minded opinion like that, good luck finding a wife.

What has happened to this country? Does anyone have any morals. This guy has power he knows it and he abused it on a child. He should be in jail. What if this were your child would you call her a S l u t? I wonder how many under age children gave Bill and Hillary head? But I forgot if you''re rich and have power that gives you the right to abuse anyone you want just like our government does the people everyday. I sure hope Ron Paul wins and maybe we can get some morals back into this country.

THe real point all grown men know it''s illegal to have relations with a teenager period doesn''t matter if she begged it''s part of being a man and I dought if that was the case these predators know how to spot easy prey. Like Howard Hughes used to pretend to be a photographer and tell the ladies he knew Howard it could get them work in the movie industry {true story} and the young lady saw this as her chance for fame. He should be sued penniless. Sometimes you have to stand up and BE a man.

I find this whole thing hard to believe. I have a 16 year old daughter and she would not fall for a line of b.s as flimsy as the one this girl is telling.
It is too bad that we live in a society where we have to wonder if someone is lying about such a disgusting, criminal act as this.

She is a prostitute and he is a s*x offender. And AmeriKKKa is a sick society. All these wars and innocent people dying for this stank hole to hell. You don''t know right from wrong or up from down, but you all have baloney to say about everyone else. Take the billions and give it to the people you impoverish for your fantacy lives. None of you deserve a cent.

She was 16, wanted to become a model, went to his mansion on her own, brought photos of herself, showed them to the defendant, he "forced" her to his crotch, she performed oral satisfaction on him and she never said anything during SEVEN YEARS! I''m sorry, but I will not buy that one!!!

How would you fell if aperson who was represented by the law had a 6 year old boy doing nasty sexual *** to himself. Then when the father spoke to the person told him there is not a dam thing to him because hes got the law on his side. You think someone would lie about that *** to get help or try to defend himself especially when he says he does not give a *** what happens to himself as long as he gets the story out there. Its not about the story at hand but deals in a way with people abusing there power. Whether it be by money or by law.

Even miserable news should be reported with some dignity. There is no place for graphic descriptions that are also perverted. We do need sordid details; thank-you for remembering this and honoring our intelligences and spirits.
