(CBS)  This week on Face The Nation Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., talks with Bob Schieffer about how his presidential campaign is going and what he thinks of Republican candidates Mitt Romney and Rudy Giuliani.

Then, Sen. McCain addresses how he would handle Iran if the country produced nuclear weapons, saying the imposition of "painful sanctions" would be one of the first steps.

Next, the New York Times' Dave Sanger talks about the implications of the Israeli bombing of Syria. And, Politico.com's Jim Vandehei addresses Sen. John McCain's campaign.

Lastly, Bob Schieffer comments on Al Gore winning the Nobel Peace Prize and gaining the esteem of the world, while also triggering rumors that he may again run for president.
