"It's All About You: Live the Life You Crave," by Mary Goulet and Heather Reider
A mother is many things. Nurse, chauffeur, cook, maid, coach, alarm clock -- and on and on.
Too often, a mom gives up her own self to do all those other jobs.
But they don't have to, as MomsTown.com founders Mary Goulet and Heather Reider say in their new book, "It's All About You: Live the Life You Crave."
They say too many moms are "OCI" -- overworked, confused, and irritated.
They discussed possible solutions, and their book, on The Early Show. To see the segment, click here.
