Claims Star Took Drugs Twice On Night Of Release From Rehab

(AP)  Britney Spears' ex-bodyguard is accusing her of using drugs.

Tony Baretto told NBC's "Today" show that he saw Spears using drugs at a nightclub twice in the same night soon after she got out of rehab. He didn't say what kind of drugs she took.

Baretto says he never saw Spears take drugs in front of her kids, but did see her drink in front of them.

Baretto denies he's out for revenge because he was fired after two months. He says he's not out "to destroy Britney." He says he's speaking out "for the kids."

Please, somebody take those kids away from her before she injures or kills them. She was just charged with several driving offenses related to the accident back in AUgust where she hit a parked car in a store lot, got out and looked over the damage to HER car (ignoring the other car) and skipped off to go shopping - no note, no insurance info, no nothing. Now, turns out there was no DRIVERS LICENSE either - be willing to be she has been driving around with those children in the car - isn''t that child endangering????? Hope that judge takes a look at that issue to when he decides who has the boys.

Who cares what the bodyguard says. She is obviously blasted, as one can tell from the films. Who would have thought that KFed would be the more responsible one?

I think a judge should step in and freeze all of mrs. britneys assets before her kids wind up stuck with all her debt when she OD''s. She is the biggest loser yet. She has been given more chances than most people would get in a lifetime.Give the kids to Kevin, with her mom visitation, or shared, and cut britney out.She has proved that she is TOXIC!!!

We really just let her self destruct and endanger her children?
