Nicola and Chad Johns, along with their lawyer Charles Kelly, speak with Julie Chen about the death of their son, Liam, which was the result of sleeping in a faulty, Chinese-manufactured crib.

(CBS)  One million Simplicity and Graco cribs, made in China, are being recalled -- the biggest such recall ever -- after three babies died.

The first was Liam Johns, who was nine-months-old when he got his head stuck inside his crib and suffocated two and a half years ago.

His parents, Nicola and Chad Johns, spoke with Julie Chen on The Early Show Monday, as did their lawyer, Charles Kelly. All were addressing what happened for the first time on morning television.

I wonder for what political goal CBS is trying to serve by emphasizing the "Made in China". Anyone who has even the most basic intelligence could tell its a design problem, CBS need to brush up on its brainwashing skills.

MADE IN CHINA! Boogah, Boogah, nevermind that these cribs were made for and sold by an American Company-- made to their specs, and their responsibility. Putting Made In China in the headline is both misleading as well as jingoistic, though I doubt the brilliant mind who thought up the headline knows what that means....
For shame, CBS!
