(AP)  Two boys, ages 9 and 11, have been charged with forcing a 7-year-old boy to perform oral sex on them on a school bus.

The boys, charged in juvenile court, could be placed on Michigan's sex offender registry for life if they are convicted, The Ann Arbor News reported Tuesday.

The incident reportedly took place in May. The boys - accused of first-and second-degree criminal sexual conduct and gross indecency between males - are students at Howell Elementary School, about 45 miles northwest of Detroit.

Authorities will request an evaluation to determine whether the sexual contact was predatory or experimentation, Livingston County Prosecutor David L. Morse said.

The 11-year-old was released Friday on a $25,000 personal bond. He is required to be monitored by an adult at all times and is not allowed to spend the night at his mother's house if his two younger siblings are present.

The 9-year-old was charged in August, but the status of his case wasn't available Tuesday.

The 11-year-old's court-appointed lawyer said his client pleaded not guilty, and he called the court conditions excessive.

"In the blink of an eye, he went from being a boy to being a man before the court," attorney Carolyn Henry said.

The father of the 7-year-old reported the incident to police after catching his son performing oral sex on his younger brother at home, WHMI-FM reported. The 7-year-old later told police that the 9-year-old boy forced him to perform sex acts on him several times on the bus, the Livingston County Daily Press & Argus reported.

The courts in MD, have already decided that parents have NO right to opt-out of the indoctrination they WILL teach YOUR children.

Do any of you know what is being taught in your local public school??

Right now, in CA, there are 5 homosexual indoctrination bills sitting on the Governor''s desk.

These are not "tolerance bills", as they would call them. These bills attempt to remove any reference to "mom" and "dad". If a boy "feels" like girl today he could use the restroom and shower right along side your daughter. And, vice versa.

We already have laws that protect our children from descrimination in school.

These kids are young, but they aren''t playing Dr. They are playing out the "curriculum" they have been taught in public school. And YOUR legislators have put it into place, while you were too busy going to work, not realizing what they were doing!

Lets get honest this was a few mean perverted boys on the bus I grew up taking the bus to school, they were stronger and made the poor child perform I''m shoked older students didn''t put an end to it these were students everyone was scared of and apparemtly the bus driver was to. These boys don''t need counseling most likely come from broken homes need punishment.

This is not playing Dr./ Nurse. I never played it. I feel they are kids and they learnt it soom where. Watching it in the home or adult movies..I do know children do not lie about this behaviour. No sah. If any one is the blame it is the caregivers. I remenber a 3 year old rattling off adult talk. I was 28. I asked the child where yer learn that. She said her parents. The adults should have not allowed rhis in the first place. I don''t blame the kids. Wherer are the adults. They raise them. It is their duty that the kids are brouhht up properly.

What, what, what??? So charged and held with bond for no reason? S*x offender for life is too harsh and the judicial system takes it "too far"??? Tell that to little Jessica Lundsford...or was the garbage bag lying about what happened to her..

These are kids, not a man that had done it before, and told the courts that he would do it again. These are kids, all three of them. Yes if they did it, it was wrong and their should be something to help correct it, counseling, family therapy, these kids learned it from some where. But you are assuming the 7 year old is telling the truth. KIDS LIE all the time. You also think that kids don''t have the ability to be rehabilatated. you are wrong again. Kids with these behaviors at the age they are if they did it are able to change with the right help. I would like to know if they saw it on TV, Movies, or watched their parents or were they abused themselves? you can not jump to conclusion without knowing more. Don''t condemn these kids for life on the word of one.

I think the idea of any criminal prosecution in this case is ridiculous. Clearly this is a case that calls for counseling of all involved as they''''re all just kids here.

I think that the laws of this land have gone to far. I think that kids watching day time TV would know how to do what they did on that bus, but to be a regestered *** offender for life is crazy, if they would have killed someone they would have a lessor sentence. Counseling, help and make sure that it doesn''t happen again would work. and maybe the 7 year old is to scared to tell the truth and has lied to his father for what he did to his little brother, KIDS DO LIE ABOUT THING LIKE THIS

Look at the harm on all the boys! How did the first two know to do the act? Were they also victims?
