Lohan has reportedly entered the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab in Sundance, Utah. The Insider says that according to sources inside the facility, the 21-year-old actress checked into the facility over the weekend.
The prices at the rehab center overlooking the Sundance resort are said to be steep - reportedly a minimum of $30,000 per 30-day stay.
Lohan has already done two other stints in rehab this year.
In January she stayed at the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles. Then after a wild Memorial Day weekend that ended in her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence, Lohan did a stint at Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility.
She was released from Promises on July 13, only to find herself arrested again 11 days later in Santa Monica for investigation of drunken driving and cocaine possession.
Lohan discussed her stay at Wonderland in an interview that Elle magazine says took place 36 hours before the Memorial Day weekend arrest.Photos: Livin' La Vida Lohan
"I was growing up and going out a lot, and I needed to have a balance," she said. "I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone and I didn't know how to do that. And I learned a lot there. A bunch of my friends — I was with them last night — they're in AA for, like, years."

GET THIS IN YOUR HEAD: It is not MTV's fault anymore than good wholesome values sprang forth from Leave it to Beaver. You talk about personal responsibility. Key in on that word PERSONAL. In everything there is a choice. As a parent it is YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to teach right from wrong. That same cable that brings MTV in your home can be disconnected, that TV that plays MTV can be cut off. That's personal responsibility. - Reply to this comment
"Will this keep her out of the 23 Aug court date? I wonder.

I also wondered about this and would not be surprised.
She needs an environemntal change as the scum on the streets in Hollywood know where to find her so she can score, her friends enable her and the clubs gave her underage booze.
Her parents, especially Mom, have parental issues so it is up to Lindsay to take her life back as she is the one that took the first drink, took the first hit and more, so it is entirely up to her to be responsible.- Reply to this comment
- Lindsay can spend all the money she wants on Rehab BUT if she doesn't get away from the environment and the friends that are feeding her addiction and also using it wont do a bit of good.

- This chick's career is OVER - nobody wants to feel like they're enabling an addiction by paying to watch that person's films.

- Hiding in rehab again.
Maybe if aoda counselors did more than spend all there time making excuses as to why it's NOT THERE fault rehab don't work and start looking for what might work, rehab would be more than just a place to "look good for the judge"!

I don't usually repeat, but these two said it so well - it starts with the parents and the way they bring the child up, and then goes on to PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Can you hear that, Lindsay and Britney and Paris and Nicole??? Do you understand that YOU are the ones who make such STUPID and potentially DEADLY choices - Who cares if the deadly is the consequences to YOU - just don't take someone else with you!!!
I think they ought to lock all these idiotic little twits up and throw the key away. Then we wouldn't have to read about them anymore, and they couldn't endanger anyone else with their selfish behavior. - Reply to this comment
- Interesting that they put her into a rehab in Utah. Maybe they believe all that trash from Mitt Romney and think the Mormons can do something with her!

"She certainly has been through enough in her young life. You've really got to feel for her...

OK, you are an enabler - Lindsay may have some huge parental issues, but SHE CHOSE to drink under age and SHE CHOSE to take drugs so she is totally responsible for her actions, again, in spite of her mother and father.- Reply to this comment
If she is not at Betty Ford or Hazeldon, and only goes to boutique "rehabs", expect another quick relapse.- Reply to this comment
- Taking this *** away from my step daughter did cause this to happen, according to her, WE live with HER, she does not live with US. WE are allowed to pay all the bills, provide her with a food, clothing, shelter, and whatever else she demands, I stopped it and this is the price I had to pay. Her mother thinks it would have been easier to just let her go on doing what she was doing and get her out after she graduates HS next year. MTV, and all the affiliates of it just need to be SUED to bankruptcy and shut down, but that would just bring on a calvalcade of folks screaming about freedom of speech....accountablility is NOWHERE these days, you can blame your great grandparents and SUE them for genetic malfunctions. Personal accountability is NOT fashionable these days.

- She JUST went to LI to stay with her mum. And has apparently made plans to see her father for the first time in who knows how long whilst there. I don't think she's in rehab. Dina would be touting it if she was and she basically implied if not outright confirmed that LiLo was in NY.

- I am so over all this *** between Lindsay and Britney and Paris I could scream! $30,000 for rehab? Dang that is what the average person makes a year! A working person's rehab is jail....These brats get to hide in these spas so they can detox-my heart bleeds.....

- Again, I should care, why?
As to all of these people who talk about the fact that their kids are in the same mess as widdle Windsey because they idolize her so much: START BEING PARENTS, QUIT LETTING HOLLYWOOD REAR YOUR CHILDREN, IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TEACH THEM RIGHT FROM WRONG, NOT HOLLYWOOD'S. - Reply to this comment
- Might not be such a bad idea to throw mommy Dina in jail. She's Lindsay's real curse as she's the one who pushed this little girl to the limit so she could party.
In fact if Dina and Kathy Hilton spent about six months in prison, it might straighten out their ideas on "parenting", which are extremely poor to say the least.
A bit too late for Mrs. Spears, though. - Reply to this comment
- There's nothing wrong with Lindsay that a good stiff drink wouldn't cure.

- Oh yes tmn123, you're right, she's SOOOOO put-upon! I mean, how could anyone be expected to handle the stress and strain of having life handed to you on a silver platter and served to your lips with a golden spoon? It must be pure torture for her to be so rich and successful before she was of legal drinking age. Imagine how hard her life would be if she actually had to go to public school, go to a community college, and get an average job making $25,000/yr! Its a wonder I'm not in rehab.

- Lindsay, I know you can do it.
I for one will be very proud of you for going through with it.
