(CBS)  Lindsay Lohan faces a new lawsuit, this time from a woman who claims the actress and her bodyguard hit her car, Access Hollywood reports.

In court papers obtained by the show, Signe Dupuy is suing Lohan and her bodyguard Jaz for $7,500 in small claims court over an April 26 car accident. A court date is set for Sept. 11 in Los Angeles.

In a different lawsuit filed in June, Raymundo Ortega alleged the actress was under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her car into his van Oct. 4, 2005. He's suing for $200,000.

Lohan's lawyer filed a response on July 19, asking that the suit be dismissed on the grounds that police reports showed the actress had not been drinking.

Five days later, Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica on suspicion of driving under the influence. She also faces charges on an earlier DUI arrest over the Memorial Day weekend.

Lohan is the one who ought to be suing. She should sue those nutballs who told her that her alcoholism/drug addiction was cured.

Yet another aspiring "actress" who succumbed to the easy route of drugs.

with all their money they make the world look like fools, they think they can do anything they want and the simple public has to abide by the law but they think they are above it I hope they lock her up before she really does hurt someone. If she does then the judicial system should be sued to the hilt.
