Queen's Grandson To Marry

(AP)  The son of Queen Elizabeth II's daughter Princess Anne will marry a Canadian businesswoman, the palace announced Saturday night.

Peter Phillips, 29, will marry his girlfriend, Autumn Kelly, Buckingham Palace said in a statement.

The couple met at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal in 2003.

"The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Peter Phillips to Autumn, daughter of Mr. Brian and Mrs. Kitty Kelly," the palace said.

Phillips is 10th in line to the throne but holds no royal title and carries out no official royal duties. He works for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

When royalty cannot find a mate in thier homeland they seem to always find one in CANADA . It must be that CANADA has the best women in the world ! After spending my holiday at a canadian resort with the longest fresh water beach I have ever seen and thousands of the most beautiful women in the world . I take my hat off to all Canadian men for having kept this unique spot (Wasaga Beach ) quiet .
