How To Help The Baghdad Orphans

CBS News chief foreign correspondent Lara Logan reported Monday on the discovery by the 82nd Airborne Division in Baghdad of an orphanage where disabled boys were left starving and chained to beds. Twenty-four of the boys were rescued.
