Typical of one of these arrogant, self-worshiping celebrities who think their sh** don't stink...

Let's see, in 2005 she would have been 18, and if my memory serves me correctly, there were already stories about her out partying with friends nightly - then, in 2006 when she was 19, there was the letter the studio heads sent to her about cleaning up her act due to her nightly partying.

Why is there just now the "investigation" into alcohol being served to this minor??? And you know the clubs and restaurants she freqents are not going to get anything more than a slap on the wrist and lots of free publicity.

When you live in Hollywood, there is a totally different justice system than the rest of the country lives under - wish there were some kind of governmental investigation of THAT. She'll probably come out of this smelling like a rose, although one dipped in booze...

If you have all that money, you can cheat, lie, drive drunk, do drugs, break laws, kill people, and no problem, you can also get out of all of it. These people are not just "typical", regardless of their age, they are showing their TRUE dispicable worthless trashy side sice they don't have the law to keep them in check, they can buy their way out of anything. They are lower than criminals who commit crime to survive, they do it out of sheer disregard for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. They are the TRUE scum of America who give decent citizens a bad name worldwide.

She's just showing her age...which is too young to be drinking in the first place...wait...aren't there laws against serving minors alcohol? You'd have to be from another planet not to know she's under 21. But, that's the way they do it in Hollywood.
