Some Cool Summer Meals
(CBS)
Looking for some easy, light summer meals? We've gone through the files of The Early Show and selected some of the best recipes from past shows:
Life's a Picnic: Tori Ritchie suggests alternatives to the usual fare: Instead of the usual sandwiches and potato salad, pack a stylish menu of French ham on a baguette, couscous salad, and filled - rather than frosted - cupcakes.
You Say Tomato: Award-winning cookbook author, cooking teacher and authority on French cuisine Patricia Wells, who hails from Milwaukee but has lived in France for more than 24 years, visited The Early Show with recipes from her new cookbook, "Vegetable Harvest."
