Young & Powerful
Teen People ranks the most power-wielding players in Young Hollywood.
The troubled young star recently completed a 30-day stint in Wonderland rehab facility in Los Angeles and is now going to Promises in Malibu, In Touch reported. Promises is the same place where singer Britney Spears sought treatment after shaving her head.
For Lohan, 20, it was a wild holiday weekend even by her own standards. Saturday morning before dawn Lohan crashed her Mercedes on Sunset Boulevard. She fled the scene, but was quickly arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Cocaine was also found after the accident.
"Ms. Lohan was driving westbound on Sunset Blvd. when she lost control of her vehicle," Beverly Hills Police Department Lt. Mitch McCann told CBS News correspondent Meg Oliver. "There was some additional contraband found in the vehicle."Photos: Celebrity Mug Shots
Late Sunday night, according to In Touch magazine, Lohan continued to party at a Hollywood nightclub. On Monday morning, shocking photos surfaced of the "Georgia Rule" star passed out in a friend's car.
Web site X17online.com posted the photos on Monday, which it said were taken early that morning at a gas station after the 20-year-old actress left the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., with a girlfriend.Photos: A Year of Lohan
The photos show Lohan, wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt, with her mouth open and her eyes shut, apparently asleep. Another photo shows her kneeling on the ground, her back to the camera, apparently before getting into the vehicle.
Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lohan's publicist, didn't return repeated phone calls and e-mail messages from The Associated Press seeking comment.
Lohan's estranged father says he wants to talk with his movie star daughter. The actress hasn't spoken with her father, Michael, in years, but he says he wants her to "just get in touch" with him so they can get their relationship back on track.
Michael Lohan says "too many people are around Lindsay because of what they can get from her, instead of Lindsay herself and caring about her."Photos: Livin' La Vida Lohan
He says "she's not just the goose that laid the golden egg, she's a child, a human being, and people just have the wrong motives and intentions."
Michael Lohan is a recovering alcoholic. He served time behind bars for assault.

We will be mourning her soon if she doesn't get someone who cares about her as a person and not a celebrity to step in. How sad. She's only 20.
like someone else asked....why should anyone get by serving booze to someone they know good and well is underage?
no one under 47 should be allowed to drink, and if they are stupid enough to start then....
louk7, what is your definition of the "real world"?
Even better, have the moms do some community service in the morgue.
If only popular young girls today would expend half their energy on carrying themselves with dignity and grace like famous ladies in the past, it would trickle down to all little girls who look up to them.
What they are doing is wrong and should be punished. Especially as younger girls see them as role models; these "ladies" should be ASHAMED of themselves.
I'm sure they have had lousy childhoods. But I know people who've had worse childhoods. They don't do this sort of antics that would get anyone not of their wealth in jail for a long time. Never mind to drink and drive is a stupid and downright dangerous thing to do.
What the h-e-l-l is happening in this country to put bone-idle identical-looking pop-"culture" tarts to celebrity status?
Also, why always the bleached blond look? The natural hair color might look better.
Lastly, Lindsay, be careful who you choose to be friends with. If you didn't do the coke, your "friends" decided to scapegoat you. That's pretty awful too.
HELLO honest_news, are you there? Has the truth hit you in the head yet?
Her 15 minutes of fame are over; her last few movies have been total dogs. Between her out of control alcohol and drug problem, out of control parties (fire snatch??),her boobs constantly falling out of her clothes (more wardrobe 'malfunctions' in year than most folks have in a lifetime), this young woman needs serious help.
Whats worse is the way her mother Dina seems to shamelessly pimp out her daughter in order to keep the cameras on the two of them. No class what so ever.
Lindsay, get clean and get a new line work.
lindsey, you need to spend more time counting your freckles than wh0ring around hollywood with your fire crotch!

Don't cry for her...cry for the people she is putting at risk. Why don't these idiots hire people to drive them around when they party?? They sure can afford it.
How true - a story on CNNHeadline News said young girls idolize Lindsay and want to look and dress like her. Unfortunately, since no trouble seems to stick, some of them may start thinking they can act like her too, and get away with it.
Hollywood has a different justice system than the rest of the country, starting with the policeman who "arrested" her at the hospital and let her go because she was supposedly injured - she never even set foot in the police station, so by what authority was THAT legally done? Then, there's the "defense authority" who says all the things that she's done are really no big deal - underage drinking, dui, fleeing the scene of an accident, reckless op, possession of drugs, endangering others - nope, none of it amounts to a hill of beans. Her arraignment isn't until late August - here in the real world, it would happen a lot faster, and if you don't have the $ to grease a palm or two, stay in jail UNTIL your trial. Wanna bet she'll get a slap on the wrist and be told "Don't do it again"?
It appears she needs REAL rehab, not the fake celebrity kind she went thru before. Pity the courts won't order her to undergo it.

- You know it's a real shame that someone doesn't bring down the nightclubs that let these minors in just because of their fame and fortune. Everyone is quick to blame the star but what about the people who let it happen??? Just goes to show you people care about the all-mighty dollar more than human life and consequences!
