Kucinich Files Impeachment Articles Vs. VP
Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich filed articles of impeachment Tuesday against Vice President Dick Cheney, saying his action is driven by a desire to defend Americans' right "to have a government that is honest and peaceful."
The Ohio congressman said Cheney manipulated and fabricated intelligence on weapons of mass destruction to justify the Iraq war.
Kucinich earlier had called off his planned filing because Cheney was taken to a doctor for tests on a blood clot in his leg. He went ahead after Cheney criticized Democrats for pushing ahead with anti-war legislation in Congress.
Kucinich said it was important to introduce the legislation, "because the threat of war against Iran is very real."
"This vice president cannot be permitted to continue to violate both the U.S. Constitution and the U.N. Charter," he said.
House speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi has said impeachment is off the table.

-War profiteering, which is illegal and Harry Truman once stated that is should be considered treasonous.
-Deliberatly intimated intelligence officials into used first amendment right of free speech to incite violence against a nation(s), which is unconstitutional.
- Corrupted a document (National Intelligence Estimate) prior to the Congress voting on violence against Iraq, thereby, causing "dissenting" and unconfirmed data to be used instead of confirmed intelligence information.
- A classified Presidential briefing 10 days post 9/11 stated that the "United States intelligence community had no evidence linking Saddam Hussain to 9/11 and that there was 'scant credible evidence that Iraq had any significant collaborative ties with Al Qaeda' ". Furthermore, British intelligence agencies confirmed that finding on their own in January of 2003 stating that there are "no current links between the Iraqi regime and the Al-Qaeda network".

We The People Demand Rule Of Law!
Mr. Cheney was one of the more vocal voices in repeatedly misstating the facts. I applaud Mr. Kucinich trying to uphold our constitution and impeaching leaders who lie to the American people about our reasons to go to war.
As for the House speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi she should be listening to the American people, and not make stupid comments about no impeachment. I just wonder if she made some kind of deal?
Write her and let her know that we want Cheney out: http://www.speaker.gov/contact/ .
