"All-Access" Parties In Hong Kong
(CBS)
Check out Dave Price's shopping spree with trip recipient Kim Cooper in Hong Kong. Watch a video of their adventure .
March 9, 2007
Repeated loud screams, a bear hug for Dave Price, and cries of, "Oh, my God. Oh, my God! Yes!"
That's how Kim Cooper greeted the news that she'd be accompanying Dave on an "All-Access' weekend adventure in — Hong Kong!
"I am so excited. I can't breathe!" she exclaimed. "We're gonna have SUCH a good time!"
They'll soak in the pageantry, culture and, of course, food.
Kim, from Westminster, Calif., between Long Beach and Anaheim, told Dave Hong Kong was one of the top choices she had in mind when she wrote to The Early Show, hoping to be whisked away on an All-Access trip.
She got the word on the deck of the venerable ocean liner, the Queen Mary, which is now a luxury hotel and conference center in Long Beach.
It's a 14-hour trip to Hong Kong, and Paul Laherty of American Airlines told Dave and Kim they'd be flying in "the lap of luxury" on one of the carrier's 777s to Japan. From there, an American partner, Cathay Pacific Airways, will take them on to Hong Kong.
What's your fantasy adventure?
Tell us and if you can be in one of the cities Dave is visiting across the country on Fridays through March 23, you could be whisked away on an "All-Access" weekend, too.
If you can't get to the cities Dave is heading for, you can win an amazing "All-Access Pass" weekend by playing at home. Each Wednesday through March 28, we'll ask a question about his past weekend's "All-Access" adventure. Every correct answer gives you a chance at the ultimate "All-Access" weekend — a trip for two to the Tony Awards, to be broadcast live on CBS on June 10, 2007.
