Message To Michael
Jackson's fans hang tough and keep vigil as jurors decide his fate.
"Frankly, when it comes to Mr. Jackson, I believe I was right," she told Thalia Assuras in an interview for Sunday Morning. "And if you take a look at the jury who is now writing a book about how guilty Mr. Jackson is, they agree with me, although they didn't have the guts to say it in verdict form."
But Jackson's lawyer Tom Mesereau said Grace put Jackson on trial in the court of public opinion by presuming his guilt from her seat behind an anchor desk.
"I think her coverage of the Jackson case was sub-moronic. She didn't know the facts; she didn't know the evidence. She didn't know the witnesses. She didn't know what was happening in the courtroom," Mesereau said. "She tried to spin a verdict through a lot of emotional innuendo that was just buffoonery as far as I am concerned. When she was humiliated by the acquittals of Michael Jackson, she lashed out at jurors. I thought she was a disgrace. I thought she was the bottom of the barrel."
Grace said that Mesereau is a talented attorney and the reason that Jackson walked free. But defense attorneys often forget to remind people that the presumption of innocence can be pierced and overcome by evidence, Grace said.
"Listen, I grew up standing that far from the TV screen dancing to 'Soul Train,' trying to be Michael Jackson," she said. "I won the swing championship for my age category to Michael Jackson's 'Rockin' Robin,' all right?"
Grace said she never wanted to see a music legend destroyed — but that the evidence against Jackson was overwhelming.
"If you don't have a problem with a 40 year-old-man in his underwear in bed with a non-relative, 7- or 8- or 9-year-old, that's your business. I have a problem with it," she said. "I've tried too many molestation cases not to care."

The Michael Jackson case was the same way, even Nancy Grace HERSELF express disbelief in the accuser and his family when they testified (they were caught in a web of lies and admitted to fraud/perjury). The "jury" she speaks of as believing he was guilty consists of just TWO of 12 jurors, and they strongly stood by their not-guilty verdicts even weeks after the case ended, and only changed their tune when the idea of movies/books came into play. They agreed with the rest of the jurors that the case was not there.
Why is Nancy Grace STILL talking about Michael Jackson anyways? Doesn't she have her own wrongful death lawsuit to worry about? I hope her CNN show goes under this year, she spreads way too many lies about way too many cases.
Seriously, its done, you can't try him again. its due to people like you that a great human being has to be insulted on a daily basis. In the transcripts there was nothing about underware, point blank, right there. Oh, have you ever read the constitution? GIVE IT UP ALREADY! THERE IS BETTER NEWS ABOUT PATHETIC LIES WORKED UP BY A LYING FAMILY! Where was the news about the mothers welfare fraud? what about the shoplifting? what about the extortion proof from the chandler case? the truth is, people just want to harm a kind, innocent person. If it were my choice, Nancy grace wouldn't have a job.
NANCY, if Michael REALLY WAS GUILTY... he'd be at NEVERLAND right now inviting kidz over since he can't be tried for the same thing. Since he's shut down the place... it's stupid to keep on talking about this! SHUT IT!

She can't seem to talk about anything eles. Why does that stupid B with an itch have to keep bringing up the trial. I really hope that her show goes off the air. That rude b with an itch also seems to like to interupt other people.
Michael is Innocent, He always was Innocent and he always will be innocent. Why can't Nancy get that through her thick skull. Is she stupid or something? and where in the world was she when God was handing out brains?
that was never a part of the case - nobody in the case said he was in bed with boys. He 'shared' his bed by allowing people to stay in it, but he stayed somewhere else - nobody, not even the accuser said otherwise.
She is more than idiotic.
I'll also mention NOT GUILTY ALL 10 COUNTS

- I definitely agree! Nancy, and all should shut up about it and leave Michael alone. He's suffered enough allready. Luckily Michael has his fans to support him, for example all the fans here in Finland!
