Britney Is "A Sick Little Girl," Dad Says

Britney Spears' father, Jamie, has spoken out about his daughter's third trip to rehab.
Jamie Spears told Fox News that the troubled singer is "a sick little girl ... we're just trying to take care of her, and other than that I have no comment."
Speaking Thursday from his Louisiana home, Spears said his daughter's issues are "not about what other people think," adding that he and his ex-wife, Lynne, are "concerned about our daughter."
Meanwhile, there were reports Friday that Spears' ex, Kevin Federline, had visited Spears in rehab in Malibu.
The pop star's manager confirmed to The Associated Press on Thursday that Spears is at the Promises Malibu drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in Southern California. He's not giving any other details.
The video, shot by the paparazzi agency X-17, shows Spears pounding a photographer's car with an umbrella, her face contorted in rage. She was apparently upset that the paparazzi followed her to estranged husband's house.
Spears was wearing a gray pullover, running shorts, white sneakers — and a pearl necklace. To see the photos and video, click here.
Spears' downward spiral has been the topic of tabloids and blogs since her split from Federline in November.

Spears can be heard saying "don't guys, please, please guys don't do this" before slamming the umbrella into the car's closed window. Then she dropped the F-bomb toward the photographers a couple of times.

nothing you can say will ever change the fact that compassion will improve the quality of life for you and those around you.
I don't like Kevin Federline, but I sure as he** hope he gets custody of those children before she harms them any further. Even children as young as they are can have memories that may affect them later in their lives. A cat would be a better mother than SHE is.
Let's see how long she stays in rehab this time.....
Please, Daddy-O - take her away from us and lock her up.
We are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO done with her.
Witness Madonna. After she slowed down her hectic lifestyle and did some growing up she's written her best music ever during the last 10 years or so.
My best wishes to Ms. Spears and her family.
Once again, here we see how it afects not only her but everyone around her. The problem with addiction is that we (the addict)are the last to see this, no matter how bad it gets. We get so distorted at the end, we have a tendency to blame everyone, we make bad choices, hurt people we love and much more damadge.
I know, I did all these and worse. Now that i am clean and sober, i am not the same person. I can honestly say this about millions of other people just like me in recovery programs.
There is HOPE.
I know she can pull herself up. If she stays in the center, she will be able to learn about addiction and about recovery.
Even though addiction is cunning, baffling and powerfull, people struggle at first. Its all a very hard process, but there is still HOPE.
All the best Britney.
