The Golden Globe winning actress is reportedly dating longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams. Reports say he popped the question last month.
In an e-mail sent to The ShowBuzz Thursday, Ferrera's rep, Carrie Byalick, said Ferrera "is not engaged."
The 22-year-old received the Golden Globe for best actress in a comedy Jan. 16.
The freshman series on which she stars, "Ugly Betty," received the award for best comedy.
"It's such an honor to play this role," Ferrera said tearfully as she accepted her award.
