The songs are currently being rated by online users until Feb. 2. The winning song will be selected on Feb. 3 by Grant, Barrymore and a panel of experts from VH1.
The winner will be flown to Los Angeles for the red carpet premiere of "Music and Lyrics" and will have the song professionally recorded.
Grant plays washed-up '80s pop star Alex Fletcher in "Music And Lyrics," which opens on Valentine's Day. When Fletcher gets a shot at making a comeback, he ropes in an offbeat younger woman (Drew Barrymore) with a flair for words to be his lyricist.
