On the show on Thursday, Lipford, the host of "Today's Homeowner," showed several ways to give your home a little "nip and tuck"! "These are much easier than most things that you usually encounter in your home," Lipford told co-anchor Harry Smith. "And you make such a difference for such a little bit of money and a little bit of investment in time." Lipford started with flooring, which he said is one of the best ways to change the look of a room. Then, he showed a simple way to freshen up bathroom grout.
