(CBS/AP)  Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed to a custody arrangement during the month of January, TMZ reports on its Web site.

Under the terms of the agreement, Britney and Kevin will have joint legal custody of their two children, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months.

TMZ reports that Federline will be allowed to be with the children from noon to 4 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Spears' residence; Spears can be present during the visits, but no one is allowed to interfere with Federline's right to be with the kids.

The Web site said that Federline is allowing Spears to take the children to Miami for a week, starting Friday through the 11th.

In a new posting on her Web site, Spears says she's working on a career comeback.

"The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me, the media has criticized my every move and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being," the 25-year-old pop tabloid target writes in a posting Friday on her Web site.

Spears, who filed for divorce in November from Kevin Federline, 28, her husband of two years, says she is now more mature and free to explore her next move "as an entertainer with absolutely no strings attached."

Says Spears: "Trust me, I get it. I know I've been far from perfect."

Come back! Please, all those tiny bopper fans of hers have grown up and now listen to something with substance! She makes music that only appeals to girls in the 9-12 age range! ...I know when I was growing up that's what I wanted to do! NOT!!!
