Doing A Solo On New Year's Eve

Don't have someone to kiss at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve?
Don't worry about it!
Deputy editor Nicole Beland of Women's Health Magazine and sex therapist Ian Kerner say it's fine to be alone on New Year's Eve. They dropped by The Saturday Early Show to tell us how to make the most of it.
Have a plan even if it's simply to have a fabulous date with yourself.
Treat yourself right. Exercise is the best thing to do early in the night because it gets your endorphins going. Make yourself a feel-good dinner and get upbeat movies to watch. Just have things to do that will make you feel better.
Think about your goals. Make some relationship resolutions. What are you going to do next year that's different? Benjamin Franklin said that the definition of "insanity" is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. Don't be insane when it comes to dating.
