Take your fire extinguishers for a checkup. Use a certified inspector who will make sure they are properly charged.
Fix the faucets. Leakages translate to an unnecessary expense.
Got filters in your heating system? Clean them.
A tisket, a gasket. Check to make sure the gaskets in your fridge and freezer are nice and snug. And while you're at it, vacuum the coils on the back of the refrigerator.
