How can you eat healthily when you eat out?

The folks at Women's Health Magazine have scoured the menus at several of the nation's biggest sit-down chains to find the smartest options. Nicole Beland, the magazine's deputy editor, visited The Saturday Early Show with details.

Here are some of the magazine's picks:

Flatbread Pizza from Uno Chicago Grill: It's a 'healthier" pizza, especially if you order it with light cheese.

Smart Eating Petite Sirloin from Ruby Tuesday: When ordering beef, choose one with "loin" in the name. It indicates a leaner cut.

Luau Salad from The Cheesecake Factory: You may want to leave off the wonton, and ask for the dressing on the side (a good idea with ANY salad). It still has plenty of goodies like macadamia nuts, mango, and chicken.

Wendy's recently switched to a healthier cooking oil which is a step that can lead to the right direction. And KFC has decided not to use trans fats any longer.

If you must hit the fast food place, opt for the salads or try baked potato rather than fries. Stay away from anything battered or fried. You may think the fish sandwich is a healthy option, but it's deep fried. Opt for the grilled chicken or anything grilled.
