(CBS) Matt Leinart, the Arizona Cardinals quarterback and former fling of heiress Paris Hilton, has been named pitchman for IceLink Watch, an L.A.-based timepiece and jewelry manufacturer.
According to a press release sent out by the company, Hilton, and a slew of other stars, including Black Eyed Peas' Fergie and Xzibit are "big fans" of the brand.
Leinart, who was named one of People magazine's most beautiful people in April, is very busy these days. He just started his first season in the NFL and he's going to be a father very soon. The AP reported in August that he and Southern California basketball player Brynn Cameron are expecting a child together. The couple reportedly split last year.
We'll be seeing his cute mug more in months to come. As part of the deal, the watch company will use Leinart in their first-ever national advertising campaign slated to begin next month, which coincidentally is when his baby boy is reportedly due.
