According to surveys, Americans encounter more rudeness than they are used to. Susan Koeppen hit the streets to see how people respond to rudeness, such as unruly kids and loud phone conversations.

With hidden cameras rolling, actors were very rude, to see what people nearby did.
The actors spoke way too loudly on cell phones, littered, and let "their" kids run wild in public.
