Moss, 32, appears in a white lace trench coat at the center of Burberry's main autumn-winter 2006-2007 advertisement, one in a series of ads launched Monday to celebrate the clothier's 150th anniversary.
Shot in black and white against London cityscapes by photographer Mario Testino, the ad campaign features the "Burberry family" of British cultural icons and their offspring, including 1960s model Penelope Tree and actor Max Irons, son of Jeremy Irons.
Burberry distanced itself from Moss in September, days after The Daily Mirror published pictures of her allegedly snorting cocaine. The company dropped plans for Moss to appear in its fall 2005 campaign, and posters featuring the model were removed from its flagship store.
Moss also lost multimillion dollar deals with Chanel, H&M and Gloria Vanderbilt.
But after apologizing to "all the people I have let down" and visiting a rehabilitation clinic in Arizona, she resumed her international career, appearing on several magazine covers and signing new contracts with Calvin Klein, cell-phone brand Virgin Mobile and French luxury label Longchamp.
Burberry stressed in November that it had not severed ties with the model.
British prosecutors announced June 18 that Moss would not be charged over the tabloid claims, saying there was insufficient evidence to prove Moss was abusing cocaine.
